Every year, technotrans saves 1.3 million sheets of paper printed on both sides and thus more than € 200,000 in costs - and that's just at the headquarters in Sassenberg. Customers also benefit from quick and easy access to documents. With this sustainable concept, technotrans was awarded as winner of the "Digital Business Processes" category.

"For us, sustainability and digitisation go hand in hand. The consistent switch to digital processes is one of the key prerequisites for achieving our sustainability goals and fulfilling our ecological responsibility," says Michael Finger, Spokesman of the Board of Management of technotrans SE. The latest award is recognition of the thermal management expert's determination and commitment in the areas of climate protection and resource optimisation.

The technotrans "Digital Only Concept" enables the secure and legally compliant delivery of technical documentation by digital means. This is made possible by the easybrowse content delivery portal of the group company gds. The completion of documents, their dispatch and access to them are thus not only faster, but also much more convenient. Customers can always access the current version of the documentation via the Content Delivery Portal, regardless of their location. "The savings in terms of time, resources and costs are considerable - everyone benefits from this system. And the great thing about it is that every company can use it to leverage great ecological and economic potential," emphasises Michael Finger. technotrans is setting new standards and is rolling out the "Digital Only Concept" at all its locations worldwide.
