Givaudan, a global leader in Taste & Wellbeing, invites beverage producers to discover a fresh take on innovation at drinktec 2025 (15–19 September, Munich). With a focus on tea, beer and soft drink concepts, the company will showcase how its full-service solutions—powered by digital tools and deep consumer insights—can drive faster, smarter product creation and ensure success with consumers. At stand C3-359, visitors can engage in immersive experiences and explore the technologies helping brands unlock new value across the beverage journey.

The Givaudan stand will feature an immersive digital co-creation room, offering two interactive journeys. One will explore tea innovation—focusing on indulgence and relaxation—powered by Givaudan’s new handheld digital device, Myromi™. The journey will demonstrate how beverage manufacturers can accelerate the development of premium yet cost-effective blends that consumers love. The second will spotlight beer, with an engaging platform linked to Givaudan’s Virtual Aroma Synthesizer® (VAS), showing how a single base can easily be transformed into a diverse range of flavourful brews.
Givaudan’s Krystof Michalsky, Food Scientist Engineer, and Vanessa Robert, Beer Sommelier, will present: OnyXen® H – ‘A sustainable and Effective hop innovation for reducing staling off-flavours in beer.’ This session will explore how just a few drops of this upcycled hop extract can keep beer tasting fresher for longer—offering both sustainability and flavour advantages for brewers.
Throughout the show, Givaudan experts will share proprietary insights drawn from research with consumers and manufacturers across Europe. These insights are shaping the future of beverage innovation: Beer: There is a growing interest among European consumers in exploring new flavours and non-alcoholic options. Givaudan will showcase its capabilities in supporting innovation and flavour development.
Soft drinks: Soft drinks with foam are attracting Gen Z customers. Givaudan’s mixologist will be serving creative, fantasy-flavoured drinks using its proprietary technology for delivering foam, showcasing new possibilities as well as natural energy drinks.
Tea: European consumers are looking for teas with health, immunity or energy benefits. But innovating in functional beverages can present taste challenges. Givaudan will reveal its great-tasting all-in-one solutions to help manufacturers formulate appealing functional teas. From cost-effective formulations to sustainable sourcing and digital acceleration, Givaudan’s approach to innovation efficiency will be brought to life at drinktec stand C3-359.
